If you’re a high performing Field Service Technician who knows mobile plant inside out and wants more than just another service role, this is your opportunity.

Field service role covering South East Queensland.

We are seeking someone capable of stepping into a future senior or leadership position as the division continues to grow.

This is a full field service role servicing earthmoving and mobile plant equipment across South East Queensland. Full autonomy in the field backed by a strong support team.

What’s on offer:

• $53.70 per hour base rate
• Yearly performance bonuses from $6,000 up to $12,000 per annum
• Standard overtime consistently available

With base, consistent overtime, paid travel and bonuses, $150K+ OTE is realistic for a motivated technician.

The Role:

• Full field service across multiple client sites
• Service and maintain earthmoving machinery and mobile plant
• Breakdown diagnostics and advanced fault finding
• Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
• Work independently while supporting junior technicians where required
• Maintain high safety and compliance standards

Jobs are allocated based on your location wherever possible.

What we need:

• Trade qualified Mobile Plant, Diesel or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
• Strong experience across earthmoving and mobile plant
• Proven field service experience
• Confident working autonomously
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving capability
• Natural leadership qualities or desire to step into a senior role
• Safety first mindset
• Full Australian work rights
